Abstract

This paper will try to analyze various aspects of two differing economic and socio-political Ideologies. Capitalism and communism are two very contrasting ideas. This article will examine the rationale behind Intellectual property rights and its jurisprudence. Focusing on how these ideologies refer to ‘property rights’ and other approaches. This paper tries to harmonize both ideology for sculpting better intellectual property laws.
